It seems that everyone who participated in "the new mickey mouse club" on disney are now superstars in their own ways.
Keri Russell was a mouseketeer, and so was Christina. I vaguely remember her. I'm not sure
if she was one of the newer mouseketeers (they had a few cast changes). After the show ended, christina travelled some more
before settling down to singing. First for the Disney movie, Mulan, and now to her own album, whose single, "genie in a bottle"
has topped US music charts and is essentially her breakthrough debut.
