Here at Famousbabes, we have links of all the celebrities we feature. However, websites on the internet fall into two primary categories: Fansites and Multiple-Celebrity Sites:

Fansites

These are websites and webpages designed by the true fans of that particular celebrity. Individuals take their time to show their appreciation by making online tributes to them. Common things found on fansites are biography of the celebrity, filmography/discography, pictures of the celebrity, and links to other related fansites. Fans also use their websites as opportunities to showcase their artistic talents, while at the same time expressing further dedication to their chosen idol, by composing the material in a nice webpage design. Some webmasters have taken the care and attention in creating websites rivaling that of professional, commercial online institutions. They do this for no monetary gain. To them, it is a hobby.

Multiple-Celebrity / Adult Sites

At the other end of the spectrum, we have such websites that don't dedicate themselves to one particular celebrity, but a number of individuals, some organized according to their occupation. For example, one dedicated only to singers. Famousbabes is an example of a multiple-celebrity site. Most sites are created and maintained by a group of individuals or fans. They share their wealth of knowledge and talent to create their tribute. Usually, the only content available is a photo gallery for each celebrity listed. Although lacking a primary focus, some of these websites contain more material (pictures, videos, information) than regular fansites. In this category are also fansites that choose to use a fair amount of adult sponsorship, or have adult-related content. There are nude pictures available for certain celebrities, ranging from the tasteful (such as for an ad campaign), to the exploitational (such as paparrazi photos).

Design-wise, these websites will vary as much as fansites. You'll see everything from full-scale, professional designs, to a black page with little thumbnails of pictures and some white text.

CAUTION: individuals should be aware that many multiple-celebrity sites contain adult material in their banner advertisements. This is because adult sites pay more than regular, general audience sponsors and are able to better compensate the usually high webhosting charges. A growing trend has also surfaced where links to adult sites are automatically opened up the moment you visit, and can keep re-opening everytime you close.
